Networking has always been my biggest challenge whether in a job search or positioning myself for promotion.  The Networking Tree helped me structure my outreach to networking contacts, stay on top of follow-up meetings, and keep track of referrals to new contacts that helped me get to the next level.

eKALB is easy to navigate and keeps me organized.  The Calendar function helps me to stay on top of deliverables, deadlines, and important networking meetings with mentors and key stakeholders.  The My Alerts reminders reinforces that I don’t have to worry about committing everything to memory.

I absolutely love the Job Search Tracker!  It helped me to stay organized, which was particularly useful when recruiters contacted me, as I always knew exactly which application they were referring to.  I found the “Sync To Contact” feature that links my contacts to my applications to be a difference maker in landing my current role.

I love the articles and I especially love the Networking Tree because it illustrates the concept of networking and not the collection of business cards.  My visual: I am the tree and the business cards are my branches and we are always connected.

This is an excellent, timely website/service.  It is easy to use, it is intuitive, and it fills a need in the market, because the job search can be messy business.  It appeals to a wide variety of my clients as it helps them to see their progress in their search and feel like they’re in control of the process.
